Survey VMTS Employee and Students

The VMTS (Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives) Understanding Survey for Employees is an annual survey conducted by the Quality Assurance Department of Swiss German University (SGU). The primary objective of this survey is to evaluate the level of employees’ awareness, understanding, and implementation of the University’s Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, and Core Values in their daily responsibilities.

The survey also aims to assess the effectiveness of the University’s communication and socialization strategies regarding the VMTS, as well as to identify areas for continuous improvement. Employees are expected not only to understand the institutional VMTS but also to demonstrate its implementation through their professional conduct, decision-making, and contributions to the achievement of the University’s strategic goals.

The survey results provide valuable input for the University Management and Quality Assurance Department in evaluating the effectiveness of VMTS dissemination programs, strengthening institutional culture, and developing appropriate improvement initiatives as part of the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and continuous quality improvement cycle (PPEPP).
